About us
We are medical treatment centre in Cape Town specialising in adjunctive and supportive oncology treatments. We work with a network of international clinics and universities looking at novel and effective solutions to treating cancer, and are currently expanding our services in South Africa in order to better support conventional oncology care and patients requiring treatment solutions in advanced cancer stage.
Many of our patients are referred by their primary oncologist for adjunctive meHT treatment in combination with their standard chemoradiation or immunotherapy.
We do however accept consultation with one of our medical doctors in order to find out more information or to assist in planning treatment, and whilst working alongside your primary medical provider. Our EHY2000 machine is a registered medical device imported from Hungary and regularly serviced by Oncotherm™. The machine is auto-calibrated before every treatment. Please see www.oncotherm.de.
We are a team of 4 qualified nurses, 2 medical doctors and a friendly support team. Our specialist clinical pharmacologist is also a clinical trial co-ordinator and trained in modulated electrohyperthermia planning and application for oncology use. Our second medical doctor has over 10 years experience in oncology care and holistic medical care.
Our team understands the cancer journey intimately, and you will feel the extra effort in personalised care; and the warmth of both heart and machine.
